At Your Well Mind, I aim to provide a warm, safe, and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or emotionally exhausting, and reaching out for support is often one of the bravest steps a person can take.
Alongside my therapy work, I am also deeply passionate about clinical supervision and supporting other helping professionals within reflective and emotionally supportive spaces.
My hope is that Your Well Mind feels welcoming from the very first contact, a place where you can pause, breathe, and begin to prioritise your wellbeing.

About Me
Hi, I'm Carolyn.
If trauma, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or relationship struggles are affecting your life, you don’t have to face them alone.
I specialise in working with complex trauma, dissociation, including Dissociative Identity Disorder (D.I.D), OCD, couples therapy, and supervision, offering a warm, safe space to explore and heal at your own pace.
My approach
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, which means I draw from several therapeutic approaches to tailor therapy to you as an individual rather than using a single fixed model.
